Job Title: Visual Designer - II & III We are looking for a Visual Designer who will work closely with engineering and product teams to identify product requirements, brainstorm to craft simple solutions for complex problems for blue-collar and to deliver low fidelity wireframes and complete flows for product UI designers. Uniquely digital. what were looking for: key skills requirements & proficiencies; Minimum 4-8 years of experience in Visual design, working on multiple web and mobile products. Understand application development and business automation. Design, build, and deliver high quality Visual design solutions. Create storyboards, mood boards, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes to guide design and development. Advocate for users and user-centred design processes. Be the owner of your product area. Bring more value to our customers by collaborating with cross-functional teams and the broader betterplace ecosystem. Expertise in using multiple design tools such as Figma, Adobe suites etc Excellent communication skills. Ability to work nimbly across multiple projects, with fastpaced, iterative product development cycles The flexibility to quickly adapt and produce in a rapidly-changing environment, meeting aggressive product launch schedules Graduate / Post Graduate Background BE/B-Tech/ME/M-Tech/MBA in Engineering + Design or equivalent or related field (preferably IITs/Ns/IIITs/BITs/IIM/FMS/ISB).) or MBA from tier 1 institutes with excellent communications skills. Masters is preferred Design school graduates with a specialization in Interaction Design - Preference would be given to candidates who have Engineering + Design degrees What Youll Do Intentionality: will look at each step, understand the goals behind each, and change processes & tools based on the project at hand. apply design principles when working within teams and should include Influence & Impact: you will impact fellow designers with your design thinking ability and will rationalize the output in every discussion that happens between product and engineering teams. Ultimately, you will be thinking higher Good understanding of modern consumer software technologies and solutions skills that involve such technologies The desire to be continually learning about newly emerging technologies/industry trends & challenges, perform duties with minimal direction.
