The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for HR management, HR operations, employee relations, HR policies, and general human resources tasks. Qualifications All candidates should possess strong knowledge and experience in HR management, HR operations, and employee relations. Experience in developing and implementing HR policies is desired. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities are needed. A bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred. HR certification such as SHRM-CP or PHR is a plus. Experience in the manufacturing industry is beneficial.
