Our client is one of the world's leading sportswear brands, with a strong presence in both the professional and casual sports markets.An Ideal Candidate:An ideal candidate can be a CA qualified with 3+ years of experience in the FMCG, Manufacturing, and Retail industry who has hands-on experience in an FP&A role. The candidate will be responsible for handling the entire P&L of the company. He/ She will be primarily taking care of financial reporting and ensuring that the forecast targets are met and will also be responsible for keeping track of operational expenses of all departments.Key Competencies:1. Consolidating the estimates and costs for each department and reporting the numbers to the Global Head Office every month.
2. Managing EBIT of the company.
3. Responsible for Purchase Planning and forecasting & projections of the numbers for sales.
4. Coordinate with the Business Heads to understand the department figures for assigning budgets for key initiatives and day-to-day operational activities.
5. Managed the working capital of the company by being constantly updated about the operational expenses.
6. Making decisions regarding the amount of money to be borrowed from banks during budgeting and otherwise, keeping in mind the banking limits.
7. Renegotiate the interest rates cost on borrowings.
8. Controlling extra costs for the company and taking corrective measures if the limit is exceeded.
9. Providing leadership, development and guidance to the team for the effective management of finances.
