- Administering onboarding and orientation programs for new hires
- Managing employee records and ensuring that HR systems and databases are up to date
- Responding to employee inquiries related to HR policies, procedures, and benefits
- Assisting with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Conducting training and development programs for employees
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Proven work experience as an HR Specialist or similar role
- Solid understanding of HR principles and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office suite
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
