As an HR Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our clients' human resource needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.You will be responsible for a wide range of HR activities, including recruitment and selection, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits administration, and HR policy development. You will work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure that our clients' HR processes are aligned with their business objectives.The ideal candidate for this role is someone who has a solid understanding of HR principles and best practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team. Conducting job analysis and creating job descriptions
Assisting with the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and conducting interviews
Administering onboarding and orientation programs for new hires
Managing employee records and ensuring that HR systems and databases are up to date
Responding to employee inquiries related to HR policies, procedures, and benefits
Assisting with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
Conducting training and development programs for employees

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
Proven work experience as an HR Specialist or similar role
Solid understanding of HR principles and best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office suite
Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
