• Compile a comprehensive list of Tableau dashboards, including key information such as owner, business partners, functional areas , purpose, data sources, and usage metrics
• Distinguish between frequently accessed and rarely used dashboards to prioritize further analysis
• Conduct a thorough analysis of data sources utilized across reports, identifying redundant or underutilized sources
• Determine frequently accessed data sources and explore opportunities for merging them to streamline data retrieval processes
• Identify common columns/fields and metrics used across different data sources to facilitate data integration efforts
• Mapping document to assist legacy data conversion, ensuring smooth transitions and compatibility with different platforms
• String acumen in doing rationalization exercises for client
• Assess the potential for merging certain dashboards to improve efficiency in reporting
• Evaluate dashboard retention or removal based on usage metrics
• Identify opportunities for consolidating reports that utilize similar data sets to reduce redundancy and improve clarity
• Review existing reporting processes to identify areas for optimization, focusing on improving efficiency and accuracy
• Suggest automation solutions to enable "no-touch" reporting, maximizing efficiency and freeing up resources for strategic tasks
• Compile a list of reports not currently utilizing certified data sources and develop strategies to integrate certified data sources into these reports for enhanced accuracy and trustworthiness

• Designing, developing, and maintaining user-friendly data visualizations and dashboards using complex datasets from different sources.

• SQL
• BI Tools – Tableau (Preferred) ; Power BI ( Good to know)
• Documentation Skills – Ability to catalogue findings for clients
• Exposure to reporting automation solution
• Python (good to have)

• Bachelor’s/Master's degree in economics, mathematics, computer science/engineering, operations research or related analytics areas; candidates with BA/BS degrees in the same fields from the top tier academic institutions are also welcome to apply
• 3-6 years’ experience, insurance analytics knowledge will be preferred
• Experience in working in dual shore engagement is preferred
• Must have experience in managing clients directly
• Superior analytical and problem solving skills
• Demonstrated leadership ability and willingness to take initiative
• Strong record of achievement, solid analytical ability, and an entrepreneurial hands-on approach to work
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Able to work in fast pace continuously evolving environment and ready to take up uphill challenges
• Is able to understand cross cultural differences and can work with clients across the globe
