Employee Management & Assessment Overseeing daily operations of the HR department Ensuring the talent pipeline is arranged for present and future requirements. Mapping the market and establishing a strong industry network by utilizing professional sites and various job portals. Working directly with the founders and witnessing the 0 to 1 journey first-hand Requirements:- No bar on the educational background as far as you have other desired skills and are keen to learn Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to collaborate with team members Good networking skills, self-motivated, organized Past Experience (Internships/Jobs) in the field will be a plus * We are looking for candidates who can spend at least 2 months with us. * We are willing to offer a full-time role to the intern after 2 months depending on their performance and preference.
