Overview The Operations Support Analyst will be responsible for providing support to the Buck Global Operations team, and the support staff. This position will have high visibility and requires a high degree of accuracy and great communication skills to balance the needs of the business. This role is essential for linking the business leadership, finance, and other support staff. The analyst will be responsible for, but is not limited to, providing insight and support in the analysis of employee time entry/accuracy, project time investment, ongoing review and analysis of all employee travel and expenses, as well as the reporting and analysis of employee utilization, and ongoing tracking and analysis of company/department attrition rates. As the Operations Support Analyst will have a high visibility into different processes, the analyst will work very closely with the other members in the Global Operations Team. Responsibilities Client/Project data maintenance - conduct ongoing client account and corresponding project setup, and maintenance in assigned system. Includes assigning and updating support staff designation on each client project. Client/Project data analysis - data verification of client account and corresponding project information, helping to assure billing is being completed accurately. Time entry analysis (QA) - assure time is entered accurately to client projects, as stated in provided contracts, confirming that time billing is being processed correctly. Assistance : Support project teams (Project Managers and Billing Managers) with monthly billing for their clients and provide guidance on the procedural requirements. Review (QA) : Review the invoices submitted by project teams for procedural requirements, tracking all the billing activity, coordinating with Finance/IT teams. Reporting on all aspects of billing including additional components like, Write- downs, Advance Bills, Unbilled WIP, Commissions Utilization. Review and analyze all the above components current month and historical trends. Identify opportunities for reduction/elimination. Assist senior team members in creation of monthly financials on Key Metrics (Revenue and Profitability), for Leadership Reporting. Analyzing the data and providing key insights to improve the results Working closely with Software Support Analyst for assistance required on all tasks related to resolving cases (SEE: Software Support Analyst job description). Qualifications At least 0-2 years of experience in similar position. Proven experience in successfully leading project teams with multifaceted, competing priorities and deadlines, including virtual work teams with members in different geographic regions High attention to detail Capacity of understanding new concepts Financial data analysis/interpretation Strong interpersonal and client management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Outstanding organizational abilities and flexibility to work in a performance driven environment Sense of accountability and owning work Commitment to quality and continuous improvement Desire to learn, accept new challenges Proficient in MS Office (including Excel), MS Project, Windows
