Essential Duties And Responsibilities Maintain and perform software User administration, Licensing, and configuration management for Oracle Netsuite, Kissflow, CAMU, Lead Square & Keka Provides necessary training to users and give permission also addresses questions with regard to implementation, application software functionality and user application deployment Provision and de-provision user accounts in the tools and provides knowledge transfer and training. Monitor, update, and maintain existing software systems interfaces to ensure that the interfaces exchange data properly and to support the current legacy environment. Work closely with vendors to tune and troubleshoot applications and resolve any reported problems. Lead major and minor tools and plugin upgrades as needed. Leads and participates in efforts to implement application updates to include upgrades, patches, and new releases. Liaise with vendor support on all issues. Fully responsible for problem management activities such as issue resolution and root cause analysis. Provides expertise in ensuring that software license contracts and agreements, software licenses and software, installations, and associated linkages are reflected correctly in the IT asset repository. Participates in license negotiations with vendors. Enter and maintain information in a database format to address budgeting, software compliance & inventory, software license keys, contracts, and cost. Desired Candidates Profile BE / B.Tech in Computer Science or related field Must have 3-7 yrs of Experience in Software administration. Knowledge of Net-suite, CAMU, Kissflow, Lead Square will be added advantage. Ability and willingness to learn new skills and abilities. Demonstrated observation skills, critical thinking, rational thought process and linear thinking. Will need to maintain software such as compilers, link editors, assemblers, utilities, scripts, macros, and subroutines.
