Job Title: ECA & CCA InchargeSchool Name: Nalanda VidyanikethanLocation: Vijayawada, Andhra PradeshJob Type: Full-timeJob Summary: Nalanda Vidyanikethan is seeking a dedicated and organized individual to serve as the Extracurricular Activities (ECA) and Co-Curricular Activities (CCA) Incharge. The ideal candidate will oversee and coordinate a wide range of activities, ensuring students have ample opportunities for personal growth, skill development, and participation in diverse activities. The ECA & CCA Incharge will be responsible for planning, executing, and evaluating programs, fostering student engagement, and maintaining strong communication with staff, parents, and the community.Key Responsibilities:

Develop and Coordinate Programs: Design and implement a comprehensive ECA and CCA program that includes a variety of activities such as sports, music, drama, art, dance, debates, and other educational clubs.

Organize School Events: Plan and coordinate school events, competitions, and performances, ensuring smooth execution and high student participation.

Manage Budgets: Oversee budgets for ECA and CCA activities, ensuring proper allocation of resources and cost-effective management.

Collaborate with Faculty: Work closely with teachers and other staff to align ECA and CCA programs with the school's educational goals and curriculum.

Supervise and Mentor Staff: Lead and guide teachers, coaches, and instructors involved in ECA and CCA activities, providing support and feedback.

Promote Student Participation: Encourage students to actively engage in extracurricular and co-curricular activities, fostering teamwork, leadership, and creativity.

Monitor and Evaluate Programs: Assess the success of various activities and events, gathering feedback from students, staff, and parents to improve future programs.

Communicate with Stakeholders: Maintain clear and open communication with students, parents, and the school community regarding ECA and CCA programs and events.

Ensure Safety and Compliance: Ensure all ECA and CCA activities comply with school policies, safety regulations, and legal requirements.

Qualifications and Experience:

Education: A bachelor's degree in Education, Management, or a related field is preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered.

Experience: Proven experience in managing extracurricular or co-curricular activities in a school or educational setting.

Skills: Excellent organizational, planning, and communication skills.

Leadership: Strong leadership and team management abilities, with the capacity to inspire and guide others.

Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

Event Management Experience: Experience in planning and organizing school events or similar activities.

Experience with Children and Teenagers: A good understanding of age-appropriate activities and child development.

Budget Management: Experience in handling budgets and resource allocation for school programs.
