Purpose of the job: BDM (HVAC) / Business Development ManagerIndustry: Hardware and NetworkingDomian- BDM - will be responsible for defining and executing innovative sales strategies across all business areas to attract enterprise customers. Develop effective strategies, create excellent customer experience, build efficient and high-quality processes and systems, and manage metrics that drive great business and outcomes for the sales team and the larger organization.Job Description:- Prospect and identify new corporate clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and industry conferences for IT products, service and solutions.- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers within corporate accounts to understand their business needs and challenges.- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value proposition of our products/services.- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to tailor solutions that meet the specific requirements of corporate clients.- Prepare and deliver proposals, quotes, and contracts in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.- Negotiate terms and pricing with clients to maximize profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction.- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing ongoing support and guidance to ensure their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments to identify new opportunities for growth.- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics, consistently demonstrating a strong work ethic and a commitment to excellence.- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management using CRM software.Essential attribute :- Experience selling IT products, service and solutions.- Advanced degree or professional certifications in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration.- Familiarity with IT solutions & servicesPrerequisites :- Full Time / Work from Office / 6 days a week.- Prior work experience in corporate sales with matrix organization.- IT industry experience is must- Work Experience: 4 -7 Years (ref:updazz.com)
