Key Responsibilities :- Response, diagnosis, resolution and tracking by phone, email, chat and social media of customer support queries.- Maintain response and resolution speed as defined by SLOs.- Keep high customer satisfaction scores and follow quality standards in 90% of cases.- Use existing knowledge base to provide a customer facing root cause assessment.- Provide customer facing bug progress summary using available tools and platforms.- Handle escalations raised by customers and partners.- Handle consults from the lower tier to assist in case resolution.- Flexibility to work across multiple rotational shifts/night shifts- Ability to work in a rich diverse environment, handle cultural and language differences and and effective communicatorEligibility Criteria :- 2020 &2021&2022& 2023- Bachelor's Degree Technology/Engineering/Computer Science/Computer Applications /Information Technology(Any graduated)- Consistent academic record of 60% in 10th, 12th, UG.- Maximum of 2 years of gap in education and not beyond.- 0-1 year experience candidates.- Open only to Indian nationals.- Flexible to relocate to anywhere in India and work in any shift or domain.- Strong written and verbal communication.- Knowledge of Google's ad product.- Excellent probe problem-solving analytical skills, combined with impeccable business judgment and industry knowledge (ref:updazz.com)
