- Responsible to generating Gross Margin and Revenue at top level & bottom-line EBITDA.
- Provides strategic direction by developing short-term and long-term financial and operational goals
- Works on client retention and strategize the internal and external revenue.
- Get involved with other executive colleagues and departmental managers to implement plans and policies throughout the organization.
- Determines ways to reduce costs, increase revenues, and improve overall company performance.
- Engages in high-level negotiations to generate lucrative contracts or build beneficial relationships with companies and individuals.
- 12+ years in leading sales/operations in staffing with a specialized focus on retail clients
- MBA in Sales/Operations/Marketing preferred
- Current/preferred location to be Delhi
