Location : Delhi Key Elements of the Role Support the Head/CEO HR in coordinating all activities leading to planning & execution of HR related activities including hiring, retention and other related tasks like compensation & Benefits which include statutory returns. T This role involves continuous creation, execution and communication of HR policies & execution. Service Industry norms and benchmarks for gaming, entertainment and F&B/Hospitality Devise and execute existing and new policies To support GM-HR & Regional Cluster Heads, GM Revenues and line managers too. Assess the talent gap in budgeted vs actual manpower in center/HO to develop the talent acquisition plan along with business to ensure that required manpower is available on time MIS reporting related to Manpower Analysis and Costing/profitability manpower planning For all existing centers in the HO, West / South, aligning business and employee hiring objectives via excellent manpower sourcing abilities to provide an aggressive but assertive direction. Key Result Areas & Outcomes expected from the Role Work efficiently and give day to day support in all HR activities such as grievance handling, retention, recruitment, preparation of SOP and Policies To maintain and navigate around existing HR policy and ensuring harmonious & long-standing employee relations, along with statutory compliance at outlets in difficult, demanding and restricting times with regulatory actions. With Head- HR, monitor & execute Training initiatives, revision of JDs/KRAs etc. to ensure correct recruitment & calibrated growth to support organizational goals including reducing of manpower cost in EBIDTA, ensuring the tracking of all direct & indirect HR activities that impact revenues/costs To ensure smooth functioning of Admin & HR systems and end to end lifecycle development of employees to build a future ready organization. Execute alternate plans for manpower hiring at higher productivity & reduced cost including outsourcing of operational personnel as needed. Ensuring copies/documentation for all HR related correspondence like appointment letters, other offers, contracts etc. by coordinating between the relevant internal team members as well as external consultants with requisite approvals. Readiness to travel within base location and outside in case required.
