Job Description:Job location- PuneEducation- BE/ BtechExperience- 3 to 6 yearsJob Description:- Creating Concept and New Proposals from CAS data as input.- Hands on creating Master section for Closure System.- Hands on for discussion with cross functional team and packaging issue resolution.- Able to discuss with Technical services, Production Engineering and give solutions for concern raised.- Hands on experience to resolve Product Build issues in Beta, PO, PP batch.- Hands on experience on DFMEA, DFM, DFA, DVA, GD&T.- Hands on experience or completed for Min. 1 project with product development cycle from start to SOP.- Hands on experience in VAVE idea creation and implementation.- Aware of Closure System Regulations, Digital validation and physical Testing standards.- Expert in Catia for BIW design.- Benchmarking and finding best solution for closure systems Creating design guideline and standards for closure system.- Aware of PLM Team center and Release activity.- Hands on experience or aware of different materials used for closure construction to reduce weight.- Experience in managing 2-3 members team size.Working knowledge requirement Software: Catia V5R25 with good modelling skills and expert in best modelling practices, PLM systemsKnowledge: General Construction of Body Structure, Raw Materials, Sheet metal forming processes Assembly processes, Vehicle & Aggregate Regulations applicable to Closures, Test Standards & Structural Requirements (such as Durability, Static & Dynamic Stiffness, Crashworthiness, Sealing, Corrosion prevention etc.), Awareness of Interface with other aggregates.
