- Work closely with business analysts to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Develop Pega CDH decision strategies, decision data flows, and decision data stores.
- Configure Pega CDH components such as decision strategies, propositions, and predictive models.
- Integrate Pega CDH with external systems and data sources using Pega integration capabilities.
- Perform unit testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT) for Pega CDH solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Pega CDH implementations.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers and team members.
- Stay updated with Pega platform updates and new features to ensure best practices and optimal solution design.
- Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of Pega CDH projects.
- You possess a Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
- You have at least 5 years experience, ideally within a Software Engineer role.
- You have working knowledge of pega, CDH and LSA
- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
- You are a strong mentor and coach who can build high performing teams
- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
