Job Description Database Administrator Should have 12 - 15 years' experience in design, develop, and implementation of databases (SQL Server) in AWS cloud environments, aligning with the best scalability, security, and performance practices. Should have experience in monitoring and optimizing the performance of AWS RDS Should have implemented and maintained database backup and recovery strategies, ensuring data integrity and minimizing downtime in case of failures. Should have performed data migrations from existing databases to AWS, ensuring seamless transitions and data integrity. Should have experience in setting up and maintaining database replication for high availability and disaster recovery purposes. Should have established and enforced database security measures, including access controls, encryption, and data privacy best practices. Good exposure in creating and managing user accounts, permissions, and roles following the organization's security policies and requirements. Should have got exposure in developing and executing database scripts to automate routine tasks and streamline operations. Should have monitored and analysed database activity, identify trends, and optimize query performance and resource utilization.
