Job Overview YoHo Designs Pvt Ltd is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for accurately estimating and monitoring construction costs, ensuring projects are delivered within budget. This is a full-time position suitable for a Fresher with less than 1 year of experience. Qualifications And Skills Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for cost calculations and data analysis Knowledge of AutoCAD for reviewing and interpreting construction drawings Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously Roles And Responsibilities Prepare accurate quantity take-offs for Residential projects based on detailed plans and specifications Estimate and manage costs throughout the entire construction process, from initial design to project completion Provide cost advice and value engineering solutions to optimize project budgets Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure accurate and up-to-date cost information Conduct site visits to assess work progress and verify quantities Prepare and submit regular cost reports to senior management Evaluate contractor bids and provide recommendations Assist in the preparation of tender documents and contracts Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations Stay updated with the latest construction industry trends and cost estimation methods
