Job Description As the Architecture Business Development Head for Hospitality, High-Rise Building, and Turnkey Projects, you will play a vital role in leading our strategic growth efforts and establishing long-term partnerships with key stakeholders. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and promoting our architectural services to secure projects in the hospitality, high-rise building, and turnkey sectors. Responsibilities Business Development Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy for the hospitality, high-rise building, and turnkey project sectors. Identify potential markets, clients, and opportunities for business expansion. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities to proactively position the company for success. Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, including developers, hotel chains, contractors, and project owners. Understand clients' needs, project requirements, and budgets to tailor architectural solutions that meet their expectations. Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns.
