- Tell a story with data and visualizations and provide data-backed recommendations for how product tribes can deliver maximum value to our customers in alignment with our tribe's vision and strategy
- Partner with our tribe to understand essential questions or leaps of faith that need validating
- Independently work to define data requirements and develop and execute our learning plan
- Work with large, complex data sets, conducting end-to-end analysis that includes data gathering and requirements specification, processing, analysis, ongoing deliverables and presentations
- Provide ongoing visibility and increase self-serve access to teams on how Pipedrive customers can use our product (feature usage, user paths, adoption, churn, etc.)
- Work with the product department to craft experiments and test hypotheses using existing resources and applications
- Explain technical work to audiences of all levels and across the entire organization
- Operate as a business owner in your product tribes, gaining a deep understanding of strategic goals and how they align with the broader vision the R&D organization delivers
- At least two years of experience in quantitative analysis, preferably for a tech company
- Fluent in SQL and experience in working with relational databases
- Previous experience with Tableau, Power BI or similar software
- Excited to explore patterns, draw conclusions and extract insights
- Able to condense your analysis into actionable insights to inform business decisions and influence performance
- Able to demonstrate intellectual curiosity, think logically and solve complex problems that might not always be well defined
- You know how to analyze user behavior, segmentation and user path optimization
- You're a team player who's eager to take ownership of processes and projects
- You're proactive, offering expertise and help when needed
- Previous experience in a/b testing is an advantage
- Prior programming knowledge (R, Python), especially statistical programming, is strongly preferred
- Fluent in English
