Time Type: Full TimeAre You Our New Senior IT Specialist Driving 'ServiceNow - Legal Service Delivery' Towards Excellence?Would you like to utilize your ServiceNow and Legal skills to ensure the delivery of regular IT support activities? Then, please consider joining our team.We are looking for a specialist with expertise in the Legal Service Delivery Module within ServiceNow, including experience in providing regular support and aligning with IT and business stakeholders.You will be part of a team responsible for delivering IT services for a variety of applications within Group Sustainability & Compliance, Group Services, and Group Finance. Within this team, there are Service Owners and Application Owners who work closely with technical Project Managers and Business Analysts to support the entire lifecycle of applications. Together, we assist our business in vendor selection, implementation, and regular IT support activities.Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
- Design, develop, and implement enhancements and customisations to the Legal Service Delivery module in ServiceNow, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all ServiceNow-related inquiries and issues within the legal department, providing timely support and troubleshooting assistance.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate end-users on the best practices for effectively utilizing ServiceNow and the Legal Service Delivery module.
- Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in ServiceNow functionality, proactively recommending enhancements to maximize efficiency and productivity.
- Proven experience and expertise within ServiceNow and preferably within the Legal Service Delivery. (Applicants with no ServiceNow experience will not be considered)
- Professional proficiency in the language of English to being able to communicate effectively as well as to document application functionalities, processes, and workflows.
- Pragmatic attitude, capable of balancing and understanding other people's perspectives.
- Methodical and organized, able to adjust the level of detail according to the situation.
- Proactive and self-motivated, capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a multicultural team.
