- Perform centrally analyses¿(ex: on One Truth Costing) and share the outcome with Finance community across Finance organization:
- Perform centrally monthly & ad hoc analyses,
- Early identification of issues¿through proactive analyses
- Perform impact assessment and checks within change management processes (corrections, evolutions)
- Monitor data quality.
- Animate quarterly One Truth Costing profitability review with CFO and Heads of Finance
- Collaborate with stakeholders¿& be the first point of contact for Finance users:
- Day to day Communication with users (ex: question/answers, releases/data availability, update plazza)
- Organize and co-animate monthly calls with stakeholders to explain impact of changes, non-allocated costs, actions to be taken, improvements to be implemented.
- Manage out of cycles (proposal, assessment, testing, validation with business…)
- Train and support users, ex: how to use tools & reports.
- Collaborate with the communities of business experts and solution experts:
- Support of business experts with evolution process: conception preparation, impact assessments, test of implementation…
- Alignment on Run activities
- Change management process collaboration
- Support level 1 for One truth costing, level 2 for France & Marketing
- Answering users’ questions around One truth costing (cost, gross margin) and supporting users for their analyses
- Monthly sessions with Users
- Main point of contact for P&L France & Marketing: ¿
- Publication analyses on Out of Cycles, Change Cycles impacts
- Backup for One truth costing on Compte Orange and France Entreprise
- Master’s degree in accounting or Finance or equivalent is expected.
- At least 10 years’ experience within Finance
- You have a good overall understanding of Finance (controlling, accounting, consolidation) and its financial systems.
- Knowledge of IBM Planning analytics, PowerPivots, Oracle applications, PowerBI is a plus.
- You are reliable.
- Strong collaboration skills (communicate/listen) to collect, understand stakeholders needs and prioritize requests, and communicate effectively.
- Good team player, with ability to act as individual practitioner.
- Strong capabilities to structure, organize, you are rigorous.
- With hands on and can-do attitude.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and French)
