Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Solar Construction Manager at Jayram Industries India Pvt Ltd, Madurai - Tamilnadu. The Solar Construction Manager will be responsible for supervising construction projects, including budgeting, ensuring construction safety, project control, and overseeing the entire construction process. The role requires strong leadership and organizational skills to ensure the successful execution of solar power projects in and around Madurai. Qualifications Supervisory Skills, Construction, and Project Control Budgeting and Construction Safety Experience in solar power project management Knowledge of renewable energy systems Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
