Experience on Microsoft Copilot adoption Integrate Viva with other 3rd partly LMS, HCM applications. Hands on experience on working with Yammer, tenant-to-tenant migration of Yammer network & data Good hands-on Viva platform developments and customizations Understanding of data security and privacy standards, ensuring compliance in Viva solutions. Hands on experience in Graph API, Microsoft Viva API, Rest API, Viva Pages, Viva Topics, Viva Cards Experience to manage Viva Topics, permission, sharing, security. Experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Power Platform Strong experience in software development, preferably in a Microsoft environment (e.g., Csharp, Dot NET, TypeScript) Solid understanding of web development technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and RESTful APIs. Strong experience in software development, with proficiency in Microsoft 365 technologies (e.g., SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform, Azure logic apps) Good understanding of Project management to lead and oversee Viva development projects from conception to implementation.
