Utilize Microsoft Teams as an administrator to streamline communication and manage company-wide projects. Create and manage essential documents, presentations, project flows, diagrams, and perform comprehensive people analysis. Undertake tasks and projects as assigned to support business needs. Requirements: Proven experience as an HR Manager, ideally in the tech industry or similar dynamic environments. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels of the organization. Knowledge of HR systems, databases, and tech-oriented recruitment platforms. Expertise in labor law and workplace compliance. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
