Welcome to Global Sustainability The Global Sustainability function is responsible for setting the overall strategy and ambition level for Novozymes' sustainability activities and supporting implementation. We are an international team of highly engaged and skilled team players that care for each other. As a Sustainability Support, you will have the opportunity to learn about and contribute to how we work with sustainability on across a wide range of topics including water, circular, climate, supply chain, human rights and employee engagement. Your main responsibilities will be to respond to customer inquiries related to sustainability and generate insights for the rest of the team. You will build your network across Novonesis by leveraging your expertise within sustainability to act as a knowledge source. You will work with colleagues across countries and departments. You will work moderately independently when completing tasks. In this role you'll make an impact by: Review and responding to customer inquiries related to sustainability within tight deadlines, ensuring consistent and globally aligned answers. Capture and communicate trends in these external inquiries, as well as provide recommendations on how to optimize the process in the future. Research, review, and analyze relevant sustainability information available online. This position is aimed and those who: Are enrolled in a relevant study program/ are fresh out of college and have a strong interest in sustainability, and available for at least a 1-year contract. Very strong written and oral communication skills in English Able to thrive with time pressure to deliver on multiple small tasks.
