- Monitor & Control site progress by liaising with Contractor & Sub contractor
- Ensure project documents are complete, current and stored appropriately,
- Ensure no non-compliance exists, Follow up with the site engineers of Contractors and or sub-contractor to ensure that work being carried out as per shops drawings, specification & meeting planned dates in schedule.
- Daily reporting about progress, non-compliances and any delay in work as and when project works or schedule major maintenance works are executed.
- Carry out inspection of maneuvering and movement areas, Terminal building and airside roads. Ensure that communication regarding any changes in plan have reached the engineer/ contractors and or sub contractors' representative.
- Ensure audit, assessment of quality, maintenance procedures, inspections and ensure serviceability
- Identify and highlight possible area of improvement required to ensure compliance,
- Actively monitor the work environment for hazards
