- Assume responsibility for client management including overall responsibility for leading a set of clients.
- Deliver brand awareness and growth for clients in BFSI sector.
- Manage and grow senior-level client relationships to assure internal and external stakeholders' alignment, by negotiating and managing client expectations and satisfaction.
- Develop and execute integrated communication plans. Provide strategic counsel to key clients and serve as a trusted advisor to clients and competitors. –
- Provide technical inputs, analysis, conceptualizing solutions, and preparing reports, plans, and presentations. –
- Communicate with clients, raise new issues, and take charge of client meetings. –
- Keep abreast of new developments in the profession, business, and regulatory environment.
- Develop and execute public relations campaign for clients.
- Accountable to maintain media relations.
- Work towards strategic communication to address specific needs of clients.
- Establish and foster positive relationships with media representatives across news outlets.
- Help client establish a connection with media.
- Approach to building brand presence within the media fraternity.
- Plan and execute a list of events in alignment with the marketing calendar.
- Engage in new business pitches.
- Have a Bachelor’s degree in English/PR/Journalism/Media or mass communications.
- Possess 7 to 9 years’ work experience, preferably from a reputed PR agency.
- Experience of handling BFSI sector.
- have a flair for writing and are inclined to work on technical content.
- Possess relevant media understanding.
- Possesses project management capability and are an analytical thinker to help formulate insights.
