(Includes Saturday (5.5 Days) Working/ 10-15 days travel in a Quarter/ Individual Contributor role with Contract staff reporting)2016-2019 batch from SCMHRD, SIBM PUNE, NMIMS MUMBAI, IMT GHAZIABAD, BIM TRICHY, TAPMI, IRMA, Ximb, TISSJob Objectives: The objective of this role is to bring in excellence in HR Central Projects, Incentive program and Special projects as HR COEResponsibilities:1) Managing end to end Campus Recruitment. Demand planning for MTs2) Strategizing and planning Campus events, Internship Program Management Design and Execution of end to end Campus hiring (Screening > PPT > Group Activity > Personal Interviews > Selection), For Management Trainees and Manufacturing Trainees.3) Hiring Summer Interns from B School, check and analyse progression on their Projects by effective review management and organizing PPOs4) Responsible for complete lifecycle within stipulated timelines and building talent pipeline across functions Worked with respective business leaders to arrive at overall campus recruitment strategy5) Engage active and passive top talent through on-campus relationships and events6) Manage screening process for resumes collected at campus events to build pipeline and accomplish hiring goals across a wide range of openings7) Maintain, track, and share data by event with internal partners8) Salary Benchmarking as per competition9) Revision of Incentive Programs for the sales and marketing organization of businesses10) Work as one team and assume ad-hoc projects whenever there is a requirement in CCLG11) Represent the organization externally and communicate our goals and strategyExperience:1) Minimum of 3-5 years of Experience in Campus Strategy and HR Special / Analytical Projects2) Willingness to travel at high frequencyWays to stand out from the crowd:1) We're looking for someone with meticulous organizational skills, solid data tracking methods, and an emphasis on spotless execution2) You look forward to juggling multiple stakeholders and timelines while working in a fast-paced environment3) Excellent written and verbal communication skillsPlease note: We work 5.5 Days from Office
