The ADRMs will be assigned a team of 15 to 30 existing advisors and will not be responsible for any new advisor recruitment.The Cluster Head will supervise the team of ADRMs and will drive month-on-month activation and retention of assigned advisors.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
