Role Description This is a contract role for a Fundraiser at Zameen Foundation. The Fundraiser will be responsible for managing and implementing fundraising campaigns, organizing fundraising events, and building relationships with donors and sponsors. The day-to-day tasks include conducting fundraising research, writing grant proposals, developing fundraising strategies, and maintaining donor databases. This is a hybrid role that requires working from our Mumbai office but allows for flexibility to work remotely. Qualifications Fundraising and donor management skills Experience in organizing fundraising events and campaigns Strong communication and presentation skills Ability to build relationships with donors and sponsors Excellent research and grant writing skills Proficiency in using fundraising software and donor databases Strong organizational and time management skills Passion for social service and helping underprivileged communities Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Nonprofit Management, Public Relations, Marketing) Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial include knowledge of social media marketing, experience in working with NGOs or non-profit organizations, and fluency in local languages.
