As an HVAC Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for generating new sales leads, meeting with potential clients, and providing them with technical solutions in the HVAC field. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. The successful candidate will have a strong background in technical sales, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of HVAC sales.Qualifications and Skills
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in HVAC sales or a related field.
  • Strong technical sales background with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand client requirements and provide appropriate technical solutions.
  • Knowledge of HVAC systems and industry standards.
  • Experience in preparing proposals and conducting sales presentations.
  • Good negotiation and closing skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Identify and generate new sales leads in the HVAC market.
  • Promote and sell HVAC products and services to potential clients.
  • Meet with clients to determine their specific requirements and provide technical solutions.
  • Prepare and present proposals, including cost estimates and project timelines.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals with clients.
  • Collaborate with the design and engineering teams to ensure accurate project specifications.
  • Work closely with the project managers to ensure successful project execution.
  • Provide technical support and assistance to clients throughout the sales process.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' offerings.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
