Key Responsibilities: Timely issuance of purchase orders to suppliers, follow-up for order confirmation and co-ordination with AP for on-time payment to suppliers 2.Negotiation with new suppliers on credit limits 3.Coordinating with suppliers for actual delivery status of material and updating the respective stake holders for the same 4.Manage supplier's database 5.Development of new sources for various items to ensure that the supplies are at competitive in price and lead times 6.Floating enquiry for material purchase as and when required 7.Should be conversant with technical aspects of commodities 8.Co-ordinate with internal team members and provide timely feedback 9.To efficiently and accurately execute procurement processes 10.Document processes and assist in maintaining records as per ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System Qualifications - Any Graduate degree Experience - 2-4 yrs.
