Domain & Technology Expertise: Any Technologies covering at least 2 or more domains that includes Data Science, AI, CRM & Loyalty Job Responsibilities: Owns all solutions and quality for Service line: Responsible for overseeing all aspects related to the solutions provided within the Data & AI service line. This implies that the person has full responsibility over designing, reviewing solutions, implementation, and maintenance. Ensure that the solutions meet high standards of performance, reliability, and customer satisfaction Enforces standards: Establishing and maintaining standards and best practices within the service line ensuring that all solutions adhere to these standards, which may include technical specifications, design principles, regulatory requirements, and quality assurance processes. Actively monitor compliance with these standards and take corrective action when necessary to maintain consistency and quality across all offerings. Accountable for all solution and quality delivery for Service Line: Accountable for ensuring the successful delivery of solutions and maintaining quality within the service line. Responsible for the outcomes and performance of the solutions, both from a technical and business perspective. It implies that they are answerable to stakeholders for the results achieved and are expected to take ownership of any issues or challenges that arise.
