- Team Management: Recruit, train, motivate, mentor and review performance of Sales
- Rewards and Recognition: Identify excellent performers / achievers and recommend
- Value, contribution & market share objectives: Evolve & operationalize sales plan to
- Channel Management: Assessment & Appointment of right Dealers & Distributors after

- Pricing & Sales Hygiene: Take decisions on trade margins for different channel partners
