Define, create, maintain, and optimize functional specifications for customizations in Salesforce to ensure alignment with business needs.
Analyze, design, develop, and document solutions that meet business requirements and user needs.
Design and implement integrations across different platforms to enhance system connectivity and

operational efficiency. * Research systems, platforms, and new technologies to stay updated and apply best practices.

Prepare operation manuals and technical specifications for systems to facilitate understanding and

maintenance. * Consult with customers or project managers on the progress of solution development, identifypotential improvements, and make suggestions or requirements. * Create and develop code (Apex in Salesforce).

Test new or underutilized functionalities and solutions in Salesforce and assess their

effectiveness. * Create and optimize workflows in Salesforce to manage complex tasks, approvals,notifications, and automated tracking. * Monitor, detect, document, and correct errors in solutions to ensure system stability andperformance. * Implement technical best practices to achieve optimized data flow and data quality.

Provide data and generate reports for analysis, business process mapping, reporting needs, and

support for change management. * Design and execute automation processes to enhance operational efficiency, reduce errors, andexpedite decision-making.Qualifications:

3+ years of implementation software experience as a Salesforce Developer
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
English Proficiency B2
Knowledge in Apex (Salesforce) or SuiteScript (Salesforce)
Knowledge of Java, Javascript or Python is desirable
Software Programming and Development
Experience handling customer relationships
The ideal candidate would be a quick learner, a team player, and should possess the ability to plan their work

around competing priorities.
