Role Overview: As the Senior Sales Executive at KickOfz, you will independently lead our sales initiatives and drive market expansion. This critical role involves generating leads, crafting and executing sales strategies, delivering compelling sales presentations, and closing deals to meet ambitious revenue targets. Your efforts will directly contribute to the firm's growth and success. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Sales Planning : Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to target markets to maximize penetration and revenue generation. Lead Generation and Pipeline Management: Utilize various tools and techniques to build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline. Regularly assess and refine strategies based on pipeline status. Sales Presentations and Closures: Conduct detailed sales meetings, presenting tailored solutions to potential clients. Drive the negotiation and closure processes, ensuring alignment with company goals and client needs. Client Relationship Management: Build and sustain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and how our services can meet those needs over time. Market and Competitive Analysis: Continuously monitor market trends and competitive landscape to adapt strategies and provide valuable insights back to the business and product teams. Team Collaboration and Leadership: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that client requirements are met with the highest standard of excellence. Mentor junior sales staff and contribute to the team's overall success. Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. At least 5 years of proven sales experience. Strong strategic thinking and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of closing deals. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
