Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4-8 years of experience in business development, preferably in a technical field, with a strong focus on ELV (Extra Low Voltage) solutions. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and promoting our ELV solutions. Qualifications And Skills Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field 4 to 6 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the ELV Solutions industry Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong negotiation and closing skills Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders Solid understanding of the ELV Solutions industry and its trends Self-motivated and target-driven Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to travel as required Roles And Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities in the ELV Solutions industry Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and key stakeholders Create and execute strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential growth opportunities Prepare and present proposals, presentations, and sales contracts Negotiate and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction Monitor and report on key sales metrics and market trends Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements Provide feedback and input to senior management on market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
