  • Preparation and participation for HR committees.
  • Acts as a single point of contact for the employees and managers in the business units.
  • Support to achieve the business plan in collaboration with the recruitment team and participating in interviews up to DM candidates
  • Liaison with HR COE Function to implement all people practices like Annual Performance review, Salary review, Succession planning and Talent management initiatives.
  • Develop relationship with stake holders by understanding business priorities, resolve people issues
  • Organize for skip level meetings for respective business
  • Incorporate frequent connect session with employees to understand their engagement level and execute required interventions
  • Build HR dashboard to measure HR contribution
  • Sustain operational excellence by delivering timely approvals of Workday transactions, Exits, etc..
  • Conduct exit interview to understand the cause of concern.
  • Participating and ensuring training plan identification and deployment for employees with Managers & training SPOC.
  • Support employees in their individual development plan.
  • Active participation in deployment of PMS process for employees as per company guidelines.
  • The monitoring of HR performance indicators in place.
  • Create sustainable performance for the company based on team motivation by RNTBCI way.
