Education qualification : Any Graduate Key Responsibilities Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate a team of agency sales agents to achieve individual and collective sales objectives. Develop and implement sales strategies and action plans to drive business growth and market penetration in alignment with company objectives. Monitor sales performance metrics, KPIs, and targets to track progress and identify areas for improvement. Develop and deliver training programs, workshops, and sales tools to equip agents with the necessary skills, knowledge, and resources to succeed. Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients and key accounts to drive customer retention and satisfaction. Need to handle 4 to 5 Districts. Handling at least 5 Branch Managers, Sales Managers and Agents Conduct regular performance reviews and analyses to assess individual and team performance, identify trends, and develop actionable insights. Provide ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance the capabilities and competencies of the agency sales team. Reporting : Reports to Channel Head. Area Manager and Branch Managers will Report to the Regional Manager.
