- Collection of KYC documents from customers and customer code/data base creation in SAP/MDG/CRM portal.
- Customer Ledger creation, sales accounting, financial accounting facility creation in SAP for all individual customers
- Preparation of daily/weekly/monthly dispatch plan and assist product manager to achieve the same.
- Daily co-ordination with production, logistics, finance team and customer for dispatch and completing the other related transactions.
- Creation Delivery Order/ ensure payment posting/ dispatch tracking for PM marketing related activities.
- Understanding the logistics of PM Metals, understanding secured/vault storage of Gold & Silver.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, trade associations , finance institution for smooth execution of sales activities.
- Efficient coordination with internal/external counterparts in executing each shipment/ deal.
- Ensuring proper payment posting against each transaction/customer
- Good knowledge on SAP,INCO terms and contractual terms.
- Ensuring quality of products and achieving highest customer rating is mandatory
- Hands on experience in SAP HANA & CRM is Mandatory
- Educational Qualification: B.Com/ B.Sc with 7 - 10 years of back office/ relevant work experience in metal marketing/trading.(Base metals/Precious Metals sales administration) or procurement of commodities.
- Experiences: Experience in base metals/precious metals domestic marketing is preferred. Knowledge on commodity exchanges , e-auction platforms, vault storage, secured transportation of commodities are preferred.
