Job Overview We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our team at Surayay Namah Energy Private Limited. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating sales leads, meeting sales targets, and building strong relationships with customers. This is a full-time position based in Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh, India. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in sales. Qualifications And Skills Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the renewable energy industry Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Excellent communication and negotiation skills Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers Self-motivated and target-driven Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Ability to travel within the assigned territory Roles And Responsibilities Identify and generate sales leads through market research, networking, and cold calling Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers Meet and exceed sales targets on a consistent basis Provide exceptional customer service and address customer queries and concerns Prepare and present sales proposals and negotiate contracts Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies Stay updated with industry trends, competitive landscape, and product developments Prepare sales reports and maintain sales records
