- Monthly revenue recognition and raising Invoices including revenue assurance.
- Debtor Management
- Various payments Vendor, Payroll, foreign payments statutory dues VIZ: PF, TDS, WCT, GST.
- All accounts receivables-related functions including GST as well as TDS reconciliations [Govt website vs books].
- E-invoicing and credit management.
- Revenue reconciliation between numbers reported by various entities and statutory books.
- Managing Banks and co-ordination with banks for various issues.
- Revenue and balance reconciliation with respective Hotels and query resolution with regards to this.
- Periodic [Daily/Weekly/Monthly/half yearly] cash flow reporting to various stakeholders.
- All Intercompany reconciliation and confirmation.
- Providing Debtor Ageing to Management and respective hotels.
- CA qualification.
- 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in a corporate setup preferably from the hotel industry
- Strong user knowledge of Microsoft Excel , Sun System knowledge will be an added advantage.
- Excellent knowledge of accounting procedures & principles [IndAS115 in particular].
- Working knowledge of banking and treasury and forex payment-related laws.
- Working knowledge of Income Tax and GST laws and books vs Tax Reconciliations
