About the role: We are looking for candidates with 2 to 4 years of experience in building awareness, equity and trials for Crax range of brands. This involves significant work on core brand building. Roles & responsibilities: 1) Insights/research Understand all the consumer data that exists, and keep meeting consumers regularly to form your own independent opinions. Identify research needs, make research briefs, and implement actions based on findings. 2) Product & Packaging Development Understand the consumer requirements and develop a competitive value proposition for the customers through product, packaging, pricing , along with the R&D, Sales & distribution departments, and finance. 3) Communication Development Manage the brand communication strategy. Precise briefs, and coordinate with agency ecosystem for execution of both ATL and BTL Impact, get into the cycle of continuous improvement for courses - creative strategy and media strategy are joined at the hip - make relevant creative for different mediums 4) Media Deployment Understand category, competition and own brands' media landscape Clear media briefs, timely execution, post analysis and corrective measures 5) Revenue and Cost Management Own revenue growth for the brand; Influence distribution and visibility Own the value chain / profitability Experience and Education Required Should have experience in deploying consumer insights to developing brand communication strategy. Should have experience in converting the Big Idea into a communication campaign and creative execution across multiple mediums: TV, Digital, OOH, Radio / Internet radio, On ground activation, Sampling, and PoSM Should have data-driven thinking and an affinity for numbers. Distribution: Our products are sold through an extensive distribution network spanning the states of Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Punjab, Haryana, Uttarakhand, Himachal, J&K, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra and Gujarat. Serviced by our distributors, and overseen by our own Sales Team, retailers receive regular and ready delivery of fresh stocks, ensuring customer satisfaction at every outlet.
