They Attach the power of science and technology to bring innovative solutions.An Ideal Candidate:An ideal candidate would be responsible for the Sales and business development of Animal Nutrition/ Animal feed additives. He will manage Existing relationships with customers across the Coimbatore region and develop new distribution channels. He will support the annual budget targets in terms of volume and profitability and contribute to the development of a growth strategy for the business. Experience in handling product trials, and laboratory services for product promotion. Ability to penetrate products at the farm, feed mills and key accounts. Ability to work independently, Sound Marketing & Clientele mapping skills.Key Competencies:1. Responsible for generating Sales in Key accounts in the region through the idea of key accounts in terms of hierarchy, influencing factors and internal ambience.
2. Monitoring Market trends for different product lines and competitors information, activity & strategy.
3. Manage key accounts at the decision-making level, at the purchase and product user level.
4. Achieve business targets with targeted clients and within stipulated timelines.
5. Coordination for generating revenue for designated territory.
6. Able to deal with local govt bodies.
7. Ability to prioritize and manage expectations.
