About the Role: The Financial Services Division Finance team is looking for a Specialist for its finance innovation initiative, Finance Forward. This role will play a key role in support6ing the leadership in driving the strategy and success of multiple connected projects driving sustainable improvements across our financial processes and capabilities to scale for future growth. Your responsibilities will include: Oversee the planning, execution, and tracking of AR, AP, and QA workstreams. Influence platform and account finance leaders and teams to execute deliverables, timelines, resources, etc. Capture, apply, and share best practices and lessons learned across programs. Stand up and monitor governance structures for multiple projects and processes. Serve as a change agent and provide guidance in the implementation of process change related to the management of various workstreams. Partner with platform and account leadership teams, influencing them to take positive action and accountability. Support problem-solving and resolution to roadblocks; manage escalations. Apply solid financial knowledge and business acumen to build financial analyses with little guidance and draw conclusions and make recommendations that deliver results, and drive improvements. Identify and solve complex data integrity issues and collaborate with stakeholders on resolution, insisting on the highest standards. Create effective business partnership, manage competing priorities, and provide guidance during unexpected events. Identify and implement opportunities to resolve finance issues, improve, scale, or simplify finance tools, technology, and processes across teams and organizations. Identify the need for improved controls to address risk driven by accounts and proactively propose control solutions. Design and perform audit programs that adequately evaluate the effectiveness of controls, compliance to established policies and procedures and MSAs. Review and assess critical Items, client billings and cash management processes. Conduct and lead peer reviews, define scope and schedule, and manage overall program. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or higher in a related field (Finance, Accounting, Economics, etc.) CPA or CA preferred. 6+ years in program management or related experience Demonstrated project management skills: organizing, reporting, and tracking. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to drive and influence change without authority. Comfort with ambiguity; skilled at problem-solving to meet internal customers' needs; proven ability to work through roadblocks; demonstrated critical thinking skills; analytical and process driven. Self-starter and quick learner, willing to delve deeply into details. Effective communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to develop and maintain relationships on all levels within the organization
