Roles Responsibilities: Managing and developing an end-to-end recruitment process to hire relevant candidates for the job. Creating JD and advertising them on multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Hirect, Cuvette, Angel List), participating in the selection process with the hiring managers. Developing multiple sourcing strategies (Recruitment Agencies, Campus drives, Training centers, etc.) Ensuring the smooth onboarding process of the selected candidates. Designing and developing fair HR policies, compensation, and benefits packages. Implementing performance review procedures and maintaining the records of performance appraisal. Developing strategies to retain qualified employees. Conducting activities, designing programs to ensure employee satisfaction, and handling employee grievances. Core Requirements: Min 6 months of proven experience as an HR Executive, Recruiter, or similar roles. Excellent written oral communication skills Working knowledge of operations, documentation, and MS Office with good analytical skills. Previous experience in working and hiring for an early-stage startup is a plus. Interest in understanding human psychology is preferred Experience in Tech hiring is a plus.
