Coordination between RM and CPA for More info cases. Required set of documents to be obtained from customer and submit to credit for further underwriting. Liaise with external legal and internal technical teams for the reports in order to get the secured case through quickly. Analysis of rejected cases and rework on those cases in different set of program to check their doability.
