Activities Platform: Cornerstone On Demand Uploads, publishes, manages, tests, and deploys all content within the LMS, including, but not limited to, online courses, tests, surveys, evaluations, documents, instructor-led training, and various forms of curricula. Collaborates with cross-functional learning and development SMEs to determine effective methods to package and deploy various forms of training based on ease of use and completion requirements, as defined by the applicable business partner Troubleshoots various technical issues that range from straightforward to complex, including functionality, connectivity, and access, and recommends and implements solutions Be the Learning Management System (LMS) subject matter expert. Know how the system works. Manage custom pages within the Learning Management System and ensure they are up-to-date and synchronized with business strategies. Serve as a primary contact point and support for assigned training enrollment activities, including course enrollment, roster entry, and evaluation of learning events. Liaison with Education Services teams to manage pricing for the courses delivered to customers Manage customer user onboarding and learning assignments on a-needed basis. Liaison with the Systems and Tools team to handle any LMS-related issues. Research and potentially resolve LMS functionality-related issues Be responsible for Catalog Management (Custom Pages) to ensure online content in the course catalog is accurate and up to date. Answer user queries related to learning events/objects in the learning management system. Platform: Highspot Target User profiles: all sales roles, presales roles, and all associates involved in the customer/buyer journey Uploading and Organizing Content: Ensuring that all sales enablement content is uploaded to the Highspot platform and organized to make it easily navigable for sales teams. Content Management: Streamlining content organization by aligning it to specific selling scenarios or buyer needs helps the sales force find what they need more efficiently. Content Optimization: Using real-time dashboards and reports to analyze how sellers use content, its influence on deals, and which types of content drive sales engagement, to optimize the content creation strategy. Content Governance: Maintaining robust content governance tools to ensure all assets are compliant, up-to-date, and on-brand, and managing content approval workflows and audit trails. Aligning Content to the Target User Profile Journeys: Surfacing the most effective content for every buyer/target user interaction by providing contextual guidance, related training, and peer reviews. Accelerating Sales Rep Execution: Organizing, managing, and governing marketing collateral to ensure that the sales team has the best sales assets on hand to engage buyers across various channels. Content Search: Implementing powerful research capabilities to help reps quickly locate the right content for specific personas, stages of the sales cycle, locations, and selling scenarios. Creating Content Experiences: Ensuring content is engaging, up-to-date, and ready for buyers, and curating personalized browsing experiences. Content Auditing: Using governance reports and insights to identify content that needs to be updated or archived and taking follow-up action directly within the report to audit and organize the content environment. Setting Content Creation Standards: Expedite approvals and ensure consistency by setting centrally managed requirements for contextual details like intended use, tips on using assets, and associated templated emails and call scripts. Integrating with Tools: Seamlessly integrating the Highspot platform with other tools in the sales tech stack to enhance the sales enablement process. User Management: Handle user onboarding and access-related activities. Duration: Full-Time Role Shift: General (9 AM to 6 PM) Location: Bangalore, India Working hours: Primarily (9 AM to 6 PM), but one will be expected to stretch beyond general working hours to address the needs of a global team across various time zones. Skills A basic understanding of adult learning, e-learning, and distance learning principles required Knowledge of Cornerstone is a must, and other LMS platforms will be an added advantage. Strong technical capability and experience in IT systems management are preferred Experience with industry-standard publishing formats such as SCORM and AICC preferred Advanced ability to work with Microsoft applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project, and Visio Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills Ability to solve problems and work across department boundaries independently Ability to manage multiple projects and time Must be highly organized, able to research and analyze information to make appropriate decisions Experience with basic HTML and JSON is preferred Highly motivated and self-driven individual Requirements 5+ years of related experience in a functional training role with an emphasis on learning technology and administration A bachelor's degree is highly desirable Technical IT and Tier 3 Helpdesk background will be an added advantage Experience with LMS systems (such as SABA, Highspot, and Cornerstone) will be an added advantage Our Values If you want to know the heart of a company, take a look at their values.
