• Collaborate closely with HR, Assessment, and Operations teams to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing performance excellence.

• Minimum 6 months of international customer support experience through calls.
• Proficiency in US Shift timings.
• Excellent communication skills with a strong command of English. Ability to work from our office located in Electronic City.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain quality standards in customer support interactions.
