- Works on tasks as defined by Customer Service Support team under Order to Cash department; Specifically focused on Order Processing, Credit and Debit Note, Return Orders, Free of Charge Orders
- Provides administrative support for the process (ad hoc reporting responsibilities as required by the business or local counterparts)
- Executes daily operations, supports business and functions with relevant process / technical expertise
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management/ Administration, but other relevant courses may still be considered
- Preferably with a minimum of one (1) year related work experience in a Customer Service/ Consumer Service Representative position with call-handling experience obtained from shared service or multinational working environment
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Experience in SAP for Order Processing is required; Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) is required
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English; Must be a team player, detail-oriented, and have strong administrative skills
- Amenable to work on New Zealand day-shift schedule (3:00 AM to 12:00 NN)
